How to send a takedown notice

Use our Contact form and include:

• Your contact name, mailing address, phone, and email
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The URL(s) on carculturehq.com where the material appears
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, contact us with a counter-notice that includes your contact details, the material removed, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, and your signature.

Repeat infringement

We may disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, consistent with our Terms of Use.
